Promotional E-mail
From time-to-time, we send promotional offers and news via e-mail. You will only receive these e-mails if you join our mailing list. If you do not join our mailing list, you will only be contacted by us regarding orders you have have placed with us.
Order Acceptance Policy
The receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Allwrite® reserves the right, at any time after receipt of the order and without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. In order to protect our interests, all orders over USD 500,- must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our Credit & Fraud Department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Backorders
Due to the popularity of some products, we may not always have all items in stock. If your order is not in stock it will be placed in backorder and shipped when the item is available. In this case Allwrite® will always notice you of the backorder. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by contacting Customer Service at sales@allwrite.nl.
Payment Options
Allwrite® B.V. adheres to advanced payment options. Scared for fraud by us? Nonsense! We have too much to loose. Our family owned company exist almost twenty years. We depend on a good reputation, with extremely good services.
VAT (sales taxation)
Allwrite® B.V., established in The Netherlands, is by law obligated to withhold 19% sales tax (VAT) for each invoiced order to every private person living in the EEC and to each company established within the EEC. Companies within the EEC with a correct VAT-number, will be exempted from this 19% sales tax (VAT). Companies outside the EEC, will be automatically exempted from this 19% sales tax (VAT). Please fill out your VAT-number (if applicable) when placing an order. Private persons outside the ECC will also be invoiced with 19% sales tax (VAT).
Accepted Credit Cards
We accept Visa & Master Card. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases at Allwrite.nl. Please make sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed only upon processing your order.
Shipping Policy
Allwrite® B.V. uses Registered Priority Parcel Post for all of their orders. Same Day Shipping is available on orders placed before 13:00 pm (GMT+1), Monday - Friday, if the product is in stock at the time the order is received at the warehouse. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Product Guarantee
We offer only the finest products available and we go to great lengths to meet the highest possible standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable and fast shipping plus exceptional customer services. Return Policy
If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days after invoice date, you may return it for immediate replacement. Before returning any item, you must contact our Returns Department via e-mail within thirty (30) days after your invoice date. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service may vary depending upon manufacturer and product.
Manufacturers Warranty
Anytime after the first thirty (30) days of invoice, all returns and replacements to us, are shipped to and will be evaluated and handled, directly by the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufactures. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.
